Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase of the LocalLift Quick Fix service ("Service") from KB Digital Marketing ("we," "us").

The Service

LocalLift Quick Fix is a one-time, done-for-you Google Business Profile optimization for a flat fee of $97. It is a productized service, not software (SaaS).

Profile ownership and access

• You remain the owner of your Google Business Profile at all times.
• We receive Manager access only in order to perform the work.
• You may remove our manager access after the work is complete.

When work begins

Work begins after we have received both the required business information and manager access to your profile. Our delivery timeframe is measured from that point.

No performance guarantee

We optimize the elements of your profile within your control. We do not guarantee any Google ranking, Map Pack position, number of calls, leads, or revenue. Local search results depend on factors Google controls, including distance, relevance, prominence, competition, and reviews. We also cannot guarantee that Google will accept every requested change.
