This Privacy Policy explains how KB Digital Marketing ("we," "us") collects and uses information in connection with the LocalLift Quick Fix service.

Information we collect

• Details you submit on our order form: business name, email, phone, city, state, your Google Business Profile link/Place ID or business name and city, and optional details (business category, verification status, manager status).
• Marketing attribution data passed in the page URL, such as UTM parameters and ad click identifiers (e.g. fbclid, gclid).
• Basic technical data such as your browser user agent and the page URL.

How we use it

• To deliver the LocalLift Quick Fix optimization and communicate with you about your order.
• To reconcile your order with your payment and to measure our advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Access to your Google Business Profile

To perform the work, you add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. You remain the owner of your profile at all times, and manager access can be removed after the work is complete.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our payment processor and email/automation tools) and where required by law.
